My 5 AM Morning Routine for Maximum Productivity

How waking up early transformed my days and helped me achieve more than I thought possible.

I used to be a night owl, working until 2 AM and waking up groggy at 10. Six months ago, I flipped my schedule entirely—and it changed everything.

5:00 AM - Wake Up

No snooze button. I put my phone across the room so I have to get up. First thing: a big glass of water.

5:15 AM - Movement

A 20-minute yoga session or a quick run. Nothing intense—just enough to wake up my body and mind.

5:45 AM - Journaling & Planning

I write three things I'm grateful for and plan my top 3 priorities for the day. This sets my intention.

6:15 AM - Deep Work

The world is quiet. No notifications, no distractions. This is when I do my most important creative work.

7:30 AM - Breakfast

A proper breakfast, not rushed. By the time most people are waking up, I've already accomplished more than I used to in an entire day.
